- Sock wheat 24 hours, after 24 hours throw the water and add fresh water grind it well. Than filter the milk thickly.
- Than add jaggery to thick layered cooking pan, add water and stir it continuously when it turn in to string consistency.
- Than add the wheat milk and stir it continuously adding ghee. After this mixer turn in to thick. Than add elachi powder, fried cashew nuts and turn it in to a greased plate.
- After cooling cut them in to pieces and serve them to your loved ones, they also loved you very much.
