Red chilly powder
Green chilly paste
Coriander and mint leaves
- Take a bowl and add Curd, red chilly powder, ginger, garlic paste, green chilly paste, garam masala,turmeric powder, salt and mix them well.
- Add the paste to the chiken all sides and leave it for 1 hour. And then boil the chiken both sides carefully,add some coriander and mint leaves, when the paste dry, remove from stove.
- Than add two table spoons of oil to a frying pan, after heating the oil add the boiled chiken to it and fry it both sides carefully, middle of the fry add ghee both sides.
- After frying well, turn in to the plate and garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve it with veg fried rice or white rice or like a snack.
