Steps

  1. Take the rice in a bowl and wash them well and dry them for a while. Next take ginger, garlic, 2no's green chillis, mint leaves, coriander leaves in a mixy jar and grind them well.
  2. Take rice cooker and kept on the stove and ghee and oil after heat the oil add cloves,cinamon pieces, cardomon Seeds,anasapuvvu,cashew nuts,onin slices, green chilly slices and fry them well,
  3. and add the grinding mix and fry them well and add the dry rice And mix them well and add water,add salt as taste and add some mint, coriander leaves and mix well and kept the cooker whistle after three wistles off the stove
  4. and take it in to the plates and garnish with mint and coriander leaves and serve it with curd.Taste the healthy podhina rice whooooo heaven.
