Ingredients

Half boiled potato chopped
1 Cup
Green and red capsicum chopped
1 Cup
Tomato chopped
1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves chopped
1/2 Cup
Eggs

Black pepper powder
1 Teaspoon

Onions chopped

Steps

  1. Take a bowl add eggs, pepper powder and salt beat them well and kept a side.
  2. Take non stick pan and grease it with oil, after heat the oil add potato, tomato and capsicum, after little fry around them near and pour the egg mix on them carefully by covering the vegetables.
  3. Add coriander leaves also. After one side cooked, turn it in to other side carefully, that side also cooked well, turn it in to the serving plate and cut it in to pieces and serve it.
