Ingredients

Black eyed peas
1 1/2 Cups
Black gram
1/2 Cup
Bengal gram
1/2 Cup
Chopped amaranthus leaves
1 Cup
Chopped spinach leaves
1 Cup
Coriander leaves
1/2 Cup
Chopped green chillies
1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste
1 Teaspoon
Garam masala
1 Teaspoon
Salt
To Taste
Sun flower oil
1/4 Kilogram

Steps

  1. Sock the cleaned grains for three hours separately and throw the water and wash with fresh water and grind them equally with out water, only for two rounds(that means not grind like a paste, some grains to look).
  2. Than take the mixer in to a bowl and add leafs,ginger paste, green chillies,garam masala, salt and mix them well.
  3. Heat the oil and make the mixer in to a round circles by hand and deep fry.
  4. And serve the snack with ginger chutney, tomato ketchup or green chutney hotly. All the elders and children like the snack very much.
