Steps

  1. put the pan on the stove and add 50g oil.
  2. add small qty of spices like lavangalu,chakka, yalakulu, after fried them.
  3. add one onion pieces, green mirch 5, curry leave, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, after fried them.
  4. add salt, haldhi,add two eggs mix after fried them add two full cups of cooked rice and mix them well and last add coriander and mint leaves than egg biryani ready.
