Baking powder

Baking soda

Coco powder

Sugar

Sweetened Condensed milk
300 Grams
Water
1 Cup
Lemon juice
2 Tablespoons
Vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons
Melted butter
1/2 Cup
Chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons
For decaration.
Coco powder
1 Tablespoon
Butter
1/2 Cup
Sugar powder
1 Cup
Lukewarm water
1 Teaspoon
Cashew nuts

Steps

  1. In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda,2 table spoons coco powder, chocolate chips and salt. Mix in the sugar.
  2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in the the wet ingredients one by one. Stir the mixture together using a whisk. Some lumps is okay.
  3. Take a ordinary oven under plate fill with sand kept on stove and heat sand, when the sand heated, take ordinary oven and grease with ghee, dust the flour and pour the batter.
  4. Adjust the oven to batter settled and add cashew nut pieces top of the batter, kept the oven on sand plate in low flame and cover with plate.
  5. Bake it for 35 minutes, after bake remove the oven from sand plate and cool it for 20 mins and remove the cake to a plate and let it cool
  6. Take a bowl add one by one decoration items and mix them well and decorate the cake as you wish and store it 30mins at refrigerator and cut the cake in to pieces and enjoy the cake.
