Ingredients

Coocked rice

Chicken
1/2 Kilo
Slice onions
1 Cup
Sliced green chilly

Coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. First boil the chicken with water, salt and turmeric powder till the chicken boil well.
  2. Than fry the cashew nuts,onions, green chillies with veg oil and ghee and add boil chicken, ginger, garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and fry them well.
  3. Add cooked rice and mix them well and finally add some salt to taste and coriander leaves and serve it hotly.
