Ingredients

Curd

Ginger paste
1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste
1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder
1 Pinch
Bengal gram powder
1 Tablespoon
Salt
To Taste
Coriander leaves chopped
1 Cup
Eggs

Oil for deep-fried
1/4 Litre
Garam masala powder
1 Teaspoon
Red chilly powder
1/2 Teaspoon

Steps

  1. Add curd, ginger& garlic paste, salt,turmeric powder,some coriander leaves, garam masala to fresh and cleaned chicken leg pieces and cook them well.
  2. Take a bowl add 2 eggs white&yellow, bengal gram powder,garam masala,salt,red chilly powder and mix them well.
  3. After heating the oil dip the chicken legs in to the egg mix and pour them in to the oil. After deep frying remove them to the serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
