Take the cleaned chicken in to a bowl and mix the above said ingredients in to the chicken very well and leave it for one hour.Take the bamboo steams and fill the stems with the chicken, and covered the bamboo steams with banana leaves and tie them with binding wire.And make fire outside with wood and kept the bamboo steams in to the fire for 30minutes(15minutes with high flame and 15minutes with low flame.After cooling the bamboo steams remove the banana leaves and drawn the chicken in to the banana leave and garnish it with coriander leaves. Bamboo chicken ready without oil.
